But what I came to understand over time is that getting hired for a production is not comparable to what you would experience at a corporate work environment. There is no formal application process and usually no official posting. There is no way to quantify applicants. A lot of hiring that happens behind the scenes happens over text message and sometimes email. It’s a very informal process and based on relationships, referrals and word of mouth. She also provides consulting and production support for global entertainment for up and coming and A-List film and music talent.
